Hope everyone that celebrated had a Happy 4th! I worked but we had a cookout and a few fireworks in the evening for my Grandpa's birthday so I did have some fun.
No stitchy update for now. I've been trying to get a stitchy pic up here at least once a week but honestly there wasn't really that much stitching, at least not too much that I can show right now. I've got a few secret projects going and they got most of the little stitching time I had this week between overtime for work and working on Ben's room. Most of his furniture is up now, we're still working on getting everything put away though. I promise more pics when that is done. And hopefully in another week or so we'll hear more about our court date. Last report from the agency said more court dates are coming after the middle of the month so keep your fingers crossed for news soon!
Since it's been neglected for quite some time I figured I ought to update my 101 in 1001. I thought of it last night when we were in Barnes & Noble checking out their DVD sale and I happened to find something I've been looking for and it was on my 101 list, yay! I was able to cross off 5 more things and am up to 31/101 things complete. When I started the list I had hoped for 50 things or more done by the deadline in Feb. 2010 and that might actually be a possibility. The list definitely hasn't ruled my life and I'm not stressing about getting it all done but it has been fun to see what I thought I was going to do and what I've actually done. I'll probably make another one when the time is up for this one. My goals have definitely changed from a couple years ago so it'll be fun to update and watch again. I am impressed with the 101 in 1001, list.
Good for you for sticking with the 101 list! I tried for a while, and ended up deleting the whole thing. :(
