SBQ

Not much exciting happening since my last post. I'm on a long stretch of work time but the good news is after I get off tonight I'll be off for 3 and 1/2 days. Yay! It's especially nice since I didn't get a long weekend last weekend. Anyway, I've been playing around with the sidebar today so if it looks funny please let me know.

I'm caught back up on SBQ's so I'm able to share the current one this time around:)

5/30/07: How many needles do you use during a project? Have you ever loaded up a needle for every color? Do you use a new needle for every project or recycle your favorite needle?

I usually only use one needle at a time. The whole parking/threading a bunch of needles at once technique never quite appealed to me. It seems to me that while you would stitch faster during your stitching time, you would have less stitching time because you had to do more prep work to get there if that makes any sense at all. Anyway, I'm sure that method would confuse me royally and I'd end up using the wrong color more often than I do now. So I guess that pretty much answers the second question too.

As for recycling my needles- yup, as long as they're not bent up, broken or horribly rusty they will probably be used again unless I lose them first.

Have a great weekend everyone, I'm not sure if I'll check back in before Monday or not but I'll try and have some stitching pics when I do.

Don't you just love a long weekend.
I usually use 1 needle until its pretty much looking awful. Sometimes 1 lasts 2 or 3 projects.
I have a few in a needlebook and usually have a pack spare bit thats it.
I have never loaded up a needle for every colour
