More Drive-by Blogging

Just wanted to pop in and say thanks for the kind words and let you know I'm around but don't have a whole lot of computer time right now. Adoption paperwork is moving forward again. We get Erich's doctor's letter tomorrow (finally, yay!) and are working to tie up all the loose ends so we can submit our paperwork to the state to be apostilled as soon as we receive our home study. Apparently the nursing staff at the doc's office told the doc that our paperwork was "no rush" so when Erich called yesterday to complain about the time it was taking the doc was quite surprised and offered to write the letter and get it notarized by tomorrow which we're very happy about and will overnight it immediately to the home study agency so we can get moving again.

I do have one stitchy pic to share too before I disappear again:) I've spent some time on Nativity for TW October over at The Wagon and I'm finally down to just the border and a bit of backstitch on the angel's hands. So close!
