On to the stitching. First up is my finished Hydrangea Pillow. It's one of the many gorgeous Donna Giampa pillows that have been in JCS. I stitched it on 28 count even weave and will eventually finish it as a pillow.
Next is L&L's Celtic Autumn which is coming along very nicely but I think I am going to take a short break from it now, the swirlies are starting to get to me. I'm still hoping to finish this one by August to give to my grandmother as a companion to the Celtic Noel I already finished for her.
Hopefully regular posting will resume soon. Our home computer has gotten to the ripe old age of almost 7 and is getting quite cranky so that has been a deterrent since it takes so long to get anything done. I'm actually writing this post on Erich's iPad. We will eventually replace the desktop but in the meantime I think the shiny, new laptop I just ordered last week will be a huge improvement. That was my Mother's Day gift this year since I wasn't so interested in getting an iPad of my own. Don't get me wrong, I love playing around with Erich's but I really want more of a computer than the iPad can provide and it will be nice to have a laptop to take back to Russia if we are able to do the second adoption we would like to do. We'll have to wait just a little longer on that one but with any luck it is coming soon.

Wow gorgeous finish. Well done. Lovely wip too. I am amazed at how fast the time has gone. Hope you get that second adoption. x
Love your Hydrangea pillow...it's stunning. Celtic autumn is coming along nicely too....another one I would love to stitch, if only I had more hours in a day!
Your hydrangea pillow is fabulous! Celtic Autumn also looks beautiful!
Your hydrangea pillow is gorgeous. Lovely progress on Celtic Autumn.
What a great finish! The colors are beautiful. Congratulations! Celtic Autumn is looking great as well.
The pillow looks beautiful, congrats on the finish! Celtic Autumn looks great, too.
LOVE, love love that pillow... Which issue of JCS was it in? I might look for it on ebay... My mum loves hydrangeas. Celtic Autumn looks fantastic too - I really want to stitch it to go with my Celtic autumn - also with the orangy-brown conversion.
The ink circles chat is fine - a little wonky, but nothing a short sojourn under a heavy book or two won't fix. It's calling to me very strongly right now, but I don't have the blue thread (I see more stash enhancement in my future...) - it's a gorgeous design! Thank you so much x
