Skeleton Crew

Two posts in a week, must be a miracle:) And it's been a busy couple of days too. My cousin ended up having a baby boy late Labor Day afternoon (how fitting!) so we've been up to the hospital a couple of times to visit. Mom and little Luke are doing well and are home as of yesterday afternoon. I would show pictures but I keep forgetting to take my camera, maybe I'll get some this weekend. Now I guess I'll have to get back to finishing his birth announcement. In the meantime I've been working on Skeleton Crew and have made a fair amount of progress for the few days I've been at it...


Not much else going on. Still no news except from the home study agency who says they received the update packet we sent them and oh by the way forgot to tell us they need an additional piece of paperwork from the doctor's office. I was hoping we were done for a little while, guess not. Erich and I decided the other night that if we don't get the call next week we're going to go out of town for the weekend just because we can. We hopefully won't have the opportunity to do that very much longer so we're going to take advantage of our current childless state (and the 3 day weekend we're both scheduled for) and try to have a little fun. Destination unknown at this time but thinking about that will at least give us something other than the adoption wait to think about for the next week.
