Adoption Happy Dance!
The package from Fed Ex was on my porch this afternoon. Our Dossier #2 is now complete and sealed by the state. I am making photocopies as I type then it's back to Fed Ex so I can send the completed paperwork to the adoption agency who will then forward it to Russia so that we can get in line for a court date to go pick up our boy. We're getting so close now!
