But it is done now, and the next time I talk to our coordinator should be in a couple months when we receive either an invitation to travel or a referral. The difference is whether or not we know anything about the child we've been matched with before we travel. Some regions give a small amount of information on the child before Trip 1, and others force you to travel blind as they say until you get to Russia where they give you all the available information. There are advantages and disadvantages to both methods and at this point I'm not sure which I would prefer so whatever happens will be fine.
So, now we've taken a big step forward and I really need to finish Noah's Sub. I've been stitching on it during just about all my stitching time this month and this is where I'm at now...
Over three quarters of the way done! Since last time I finished the water, stitched the dolphin, some of the sub itself, and a little bit more on the animals up top. Long way to go yet but I'm hoping it will go quick once I hit the sky and all those half stitches.
