What a week!

I'm still here, I promise! A bad week at work and bad puppy behavior have kept me more than busy but things are starting to return to normal. The dog is apparently upset at the lack of attention while Erich was gone on his trip and has taken to jumping on top of my dining room table and eating whatever might be up there when no one's looking so we've taken several steps back in behavior but are working to correct that again.

Then there's work and there's more going on there than I should probably admit here but let's just say I'll be glad to have next weekend off. One day before Erich got home was bad enough that I came home and wanted either retail therapy or comfort food pretty badly but I resisted those urges and started a new HAED instead. I've been wanting to fit Dragon Moon into my rotation for awhile and decided to just dive in and start. It's been kitted up for awhile so why not. I don't really have enough done to show yet, probably 600-700 stitches all together and it's all background so nothing exciting there but a big blue blob but I'll scan it when there's something to see.

Oh, and I almost forgot- the great furniture saga where nobody seems to know what's going on and when my furniture that I ordered last OCTOBER is arriving. Long, long story and it makes me so mad that I don't even want to type the whole thing out but rest assured that we will never shop there again. Thankfully, it will soon be over as delivery is now scheduled for Tuesday.

I'm hoping to tire out the dog tonight and get some good stitching time in while Erich works on his big paper for school. Oh, and thanks for all the compliments on Celtic Christmas. I'll probably pull her back out tonight and give her some time. Hope everyone has a great weekend!

It's okay, I had a hard time not laughing when he did it in front of me after I got over the shock that he can jump that high! I didn't think the 100 pound horse could make it up there:)
