September Goals

Another new month and it's goal time again. This month got a little hectic with some unexpected medical stuff (everyone's fine) but I managed to sort of get done some of the things I wanted.

August Recap:

Stitching
-Participate in the HAED SAL Challenge Weekend-Yes.
-Find some time to stitch on any of my WIPs! There hasn't been much extra time lately-Got a bunch of stitching in on Polar Lights Sampler during vacation.

Nonstitching
-Clean out the basement storage rooms-Work in slow progress
-Go through our clothes for a Goodwill run-About half done
-Take clothes to the donation center-Can't do that tilI finish going through the clothes:)
-Take recycling-Yes
-Walk Leland 4 days a week while we're home-No, but we have been walking some

That's better than last month and hopefully we'll do even better this time around.

September Goals:

Stitching
-Participate in the HAED SAL Challenge Weekend.
-Finish the top quarter of Polar Lights (minus beads and treasures) that I'm currently stitching on
-Start Santa's Magic for the Mirabilia BB's contest

Nonstitching
-Finish sorting clothes for donation.
-Take clothes to donation center.
-Organize our closet and dresser.
-Finish cleaning out the basement storage room.

That's about all for now. I'm hoping to get some household chores done tonight and pretty much do nothing tomorrow except for when my parents come over but it's never a big fuss to have them over for dinner. We're going to grill steaks and probably play a little Wii as I think they are considering buying one but my brother doesn't know yet.

Oh, and a bit of a heads up- I'm nearing my 100th post to this blog and am planning something special so watch this space!!
